He asked his sister Umm Habibah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, whether the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray in the same garment in which he had been intimate with his wife.She replied, "Yes, as long as there was no impurity on it."

أنه سأل أخته أم حبيبة زوج النبي ﷺ هل كان رسول الله ﷺ يصلي في الثوب الذي يجامع فيه قالت نعم إذا لم يكن فيه أذى
[Its isnad is sahih] Abu Dawud transmitted it in Taharah, chapter, Prayer in the garment in which a man has intercourse with his wife, hadith 366, from the hadith of Layth, with this chain. It has many other routes in Ibn Khuzayma, Ibn Hibban, and others. See also hadith 638.
