The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The urine of a baby boy is to be sprinkled with water, and the urine of a baby girl is to be washed."
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا أبو بكر الحنفي حدثنا أسامة بن زيد عن عمرو بن شعيب
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال بول الغلام ينضح وبول الجارية يغسل
[Sahih] Ahmad narrated it, 6/422, 440, 464, from the hadith of Abu Bakr Hanafi, transmitted through him. Busiri said, "This isnad is disconnected, Amr bin Shuayb did not hear from Umm Kurz, but the preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it."
