The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you stand for prayer, perform the ablution thoroughly and let the water run between the fingers of your hands and the toes of your feet."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن سعيد الجوهري حدثنا سعد بن عبد الحميد بن جعفر عن ابن أبي الزناد عن موسى بن عقبة عن صالح مولى التوأمة
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا قمت إلى الصلاة فأسبغ الوضوء واجعل الماء بين أصابع يديك ورجليك
[Hasan] Reported by Tirmidhi, in the Book of Purification, the chapter on the merits of interlacing the fingers, hadith no. 39, from Ibrahim, and he said, "This hadith is hasan gharib," and Bukhari graded it hasan.Musa heard from Salih before the latter's memory became confused.
