I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say from the pulpit, "The Compeller will seize His heavens and His earths in His hand." He then clenched his hand and began to open and close it, saying, "I am the Compeller, I am the Sovereign. Where are the tyrants? Where are the arrogant?"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ swayed to his right and to his left as he spoke, until I saw the pulpit shaking from below, so much so that I thought to myself, "Is it about to topple over with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on it?"
حدثنا هشام بن عمار ومحمد بن الصباح قالا حدثنا عبد العزيز بن أبي حازم حدثني أبي عن عبيد الله بن مقسم
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ وهو على المنبر يقول يأخذ الجبار سماواته وأرضيه بيده وقبض يده فجعل يقبضها ويبسطها ثم يقول أنا الجبار أنا الملك أين الجبارون أين المتكبرون قال ويتمايل رسول الله ﷺ عن يمينه وعن شماله حتى نظرت إلى المنبر يتحرك من أسفل شيء منه حتى إني لأقول أساقط هو برسول الله ﷺ
