The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two blessings which many people fail to make the most of, good health and free time."
حدثنا العباس بن عبد العظيم العنبري حدثنا صفوان بن عيسى عن عبد الله بن سعيد بن أبي هند عن أبيه قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ نعمتان مغبون فيهما كثير من الناس الصحة والفراغ
Sourced from Bukhari, Book of Riqaq, chapter on Health and free time, and there is no life except the life of the Hereafter, hadith no. 6412, from the hadith of Abdullah bin Saeed with this wording, and as a suspended narration from Abbas Anbari with this wording, though it is perhaps connected from Abbas. Refer to the principles of hadith methodology, and Bukhari was not one who concealed defects in his chains of transmission, may Allah have mercy on him.
