The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shall I tell you about the kings of Paradise?"I said, "Yes."He said, "A weak man, considered insignificant, wearing two worn-out garments, no one pays him any attention, yet if he were to swear an oath by Allah, Allah would fulfill it."

Its isnad is daif because of Suwayd bin Abdul-Aziz, since he is daif, as most scholars have judged him weak. On this subject there is also the hadith of Ahmad, 2/114, "The people of Paradise are the weak and overpowered." Hakim graded it sahih according to the criterion of Muslim, hadith 2/499, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
