The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution, rinsing his mouth three times and sniffing water into his nose three times from a single handful.
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا شريك عن خالد بن علقمة عن عبد خير
أن رسول الله ﷺ توضأ فمضمض ثلاثا واستنشق ثلاثا من كف واحد
[Sahih] Abdullah bin Ahmad narrated it in the additions to the Musnad (1/123) from Ibn Abu Shayba, with a longer wording. Sharik has been corroborated by more than one narrator, and it has many supporting narrations.
