Whenever the Prophet ﷺ left his house, he would say, "In the name of Allah, there is no power and no strength except through Allah. Reliance is upon Allah."
حدثنا يعقوب بن حميد بن كاسب حدثنا حاتم بن إسمعيل عن عبد الله بن حسين بن عطاء بن يسار عن سهيل بن أبي صالح عن أبيه
أن النبي ﷺ كان إذا خرج من بيته قال بسم الله لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله التكلان على الله
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Bukhari narrated it in Adab al-Mufrad, no. 1197, from the hadith of Hatim bin Ismail through this route. Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of Muslim, 1/519, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Abdullah bin Husayn bin Ataa is daif, as stated in Taqrib and elsewhere.
