The Prophet ﷺ said, "The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله عن ابن عباس
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا تدخل الملائكة بيتا فيه كلب ولا صورة
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of the Beginning of Creation, chapter "If a fly falls into the drink of one of you, let him submerge it," etc, hadith no. 3322, from the hadith of Sufyan, with this chain, and Muslim in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the prohibition of making images of animals, etc, hadith no. 2106, from Ibn Abu Shayba, with this chain.
