The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever intends to be cupped, let him seek out the seventeenth, the nineteenth, or the twenty-first of the month, and let none of you allow his blood to surge and overwhelm him so that it kills him."

[Its chain is extremely daif]. Zubaydi weakened it in Ithaf Sadah Muttaqin (516/9), and others did as well. Tuhas was previously mentioned in hadith 1382, and his student is of obscure status (as in Taqrib). Uthman bin Matar is also daif, and the narrator from him, his status was previously discussed in hadith 2373. So the chain is nothing but darkness.
