I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The Ajwa dates and the Rock are from Paradise."Abdul-Rahman said, "I memorized 'the Rock' directly from his mouth."

[Its chain is sahih]. Ahmad narrated it, 5/31, from Ibn Mahdi through him, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of Muslim, 4/406. Busiri said, "This is a sahih chain, its narrators are reliable. Mishmal was uncertain in it, whether it was the rock or the tree, and he is reliable."
