The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every intoxicant is forbidden, and whatever intoxicates in large amounts, even a small amount of it is forbidden."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن المنذر الحزامي حدثنا أبو يحيى زكريا بن منظور عن أبي حازم
قال رسول الله ﷺ كل مسكر حرام وما أسكر كثيره فقليله حرام
[Sahih] Busiri graded it daif because of Zakariya bin Manzur, no. 2481, and it has another route in Ahmad, 2/91, though it contains Abu Mashar, who is daif. It has many corroborating witnesses, including no. 3394 and the following hadith.
