The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The nights and days will not pass until a group of my nation drinks wine, calling it by another name."
حدثنا العباس بن الوليد الدمشقي حدثنا عبد السلام بن عبد القدوس حدثنا ثور بن يزيد عن خالد بن معدان
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تذهب الليالي والأيام حتى تشرب فيها طائفة من أمتي الخمر يسمونها بغير اسمها
[Hasan] Naeem reported it in al-Hilyah 6/97 through the hadith of Abbas bin Walid, and Busiri graded it daif because of the weakness of Abdul-Salam bin Abdul-Quddus, but the hadith that follows serves as a corroborating witness for it.
