[Its chain of transmission is fabricated] Qudai narrated it in Musnad Shihab, 2/185, no. 1150, from the hadith of Ali bin Maymun, from him, and Ismail bin Abban Warraq corroborated him. Busiri graded it daif because of Ali bin Urwa, mentioned previously, no. 2823. It has a supporting narration in Ibn Adi, 3/1173, which contains Salm bin Salim, about whom Ibn Hibban said, "His hadith is munkar," and Ibn Mubarak used to call him a liar.
