We ate a meal of grilled meat with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the mosque, then we wiped our hands with the pebbles and stood up to pray without performing ablution.
[Hasan] Ahmad reported it, 4/190, from the hadith of Ibn Lahia by this route, and it is in Shamail Tirmidhi, no. 156, in abridged form. Ibn Lahia's status was mentioned earlier, no. 330, and Amr bin Harith, previously mentioned, no. 3300, corroborated him on the basic content of the hadith, but not on his statement "so we wiped our hands with the pebbles."
