concerning what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ disliked or forbade with regard to sacrificial animals. He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gestured with his hand like this," and my hand is shorter than his hand, "Four are not acceptable as sacrifices. The one-eyed animal whose defect is obvious, the sick animal whose illness is obvious, the lame animal whose limp is obvious, and the emaciated animal that has no marrow."The man said, "I dislike that there be any defect in the ear."He replied, "Whatever you dislike, leave it, but do not forbid it upon anyone else."
