The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman used to camp at al-Abtah.
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى حدثنا عبد الرزاق أنبأنا عبيد الله عن نافع
كان رسول الله ﷺ وأبو بكر وعمر وعثمان ينزلون بالأبطح
Its isnad is sahih. Tirmidhi narrated it in the Hajj chapter, section on what has been said about stopping at Abtah, hadith 921, from the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq through this chain, and he said, hasan sahih gharib. Bukhari also narrated it, hadith 1767, and Muslim, hadith 1310, and others besides them, through other chains from Nafi through this chain, at length and in summarized form.
