We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when five nights remained of Dhul-Qadah, intending nothing but the Hajj. When we drew near and arrived, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered anyone who had not brought a sacrificial animal with him to exit the state of ihram. So all the people came out of ihram except those who had brought sacrificial animals.On the day of sacrifice, beef was brought in to us, and it was said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has sacrificed on behalf of his wives."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن يحيى بن سعيد عن عمرة
خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ لخمس بقين من ذي القعدة لا نرى إلا الحج حتى إذا قدمنا ودنونا أمر رسول الله ﷺ من لم يكن معه هدي أن يحل فحل الناس كلهم إلا من كان معه هدي فلما كان يوم النحر دخل علينا بلحم بقر فقيل ذبح رسول الله ﷺ عن أزواجه
