She fell ill, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ instructed her to perform the circumambulation behind the people while mounted. She said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying facing the House, reciting 'By the Mount, and by a Book inscribed' [Tur 52:1–2]."Ibn Majah said, "This is the wording of Abu Bakr's narration."

Bukhari narrated it in the Hajj chapter, section on women performing tawaf with men, no. 1619 and elsewhere, and Muslim in Muwatta, Hajj, section on the permissibility of performing tawaf on a camel or similar, no. 1276, both from the hadith of Malik through this chain. It is also found in (Yahya) 1/370, 371, with similar meaning.
