The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one pronounces the talbiyah but that everything to his right and left, whether stone, tree, or clod of earth, joins him in the talbiyah, until the earth comes to an end on this side and on that."
حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا إسمعيل بن عياش حدثنا عمارة بن غزية الأنصاري عن أبي حازم
عن رسول الله ﷺ قال ما من ملب يلبي إلا لبى ما عن يمينه وشماله من حجر أو شجر أو مدر حتى تنقطع الأرض من هاهنا وهاهنا
Its isnad is hasan. Tirmidhi narrated it in the chapter on Hajj, in the section on the merit of the talbiyah and sacrifice, hadith no. 828, from the hadith of Ismail, through him. Ismail was mentioned earlier at hadith nos. 75 and 3361 and elsewhere. Ubayda bin Humayd corroborated him, saying, "Umara bin Ghaziya narrated to me," through him. Ibn Khuzayma also narrated it in his Sahih, 4/176, hadith no. 2634, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criterion of the two Shaykhs, 1/451, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
