The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The pilgrims performing Hajj and those performing Umrah are the delegation of Allah. If they call upon Him, He answers them, and if they seek His forgiveness, He forgives them."

[Hasan] Bayhaqi reported it, 5/262, from the hadith of Ibrahim bin Munzir with this same chain, and said, "Salih bin Abdullah is munkar al-hadith." Busiri said, "This isnad is daif." Salih bin Abdullah, Bukhari said of him, "Munkar al-hadith." It has a hasan corroborating narration, see the following hadith.
