The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever fornicates with a slave woman or a free woman, his child is a child of fornication who neither inherits nor is inherited from."

قال رسول الله ﷺ من عاهر أمة أو حرة فولده ولد زنا لا يرث ولا يورث
HasanThe status of Muthanna was mentioned earlier, no. 2401. Ibn Lahia followed him in the narration recorded by Tirmidhi, no. 2113, but he too is daif and a mudallis (see no. 330 and elsewhere).
