The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up on the day of the conquest of Mecca and said, "A wife inherits from her husband's blood-money and his wealth, and a husband inherits from her blood-money and her wealth, as long as neither of them has killed the other. If one of them kills the other intentionally, the killer inherits nothing from the blood-money or the wealth. If one of them kills the other accidentally, the killer inherits from the wealth but not from the blood-money."

Grading, hasan. Daraqutni reported it (4/72) from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Musa with this chain, and said, "Muhammad bin Saeed Taifi is trustworthy," and Bayhaqi agreed with him (6/221), meaning that he is not the crucified one. It came in the narration of Muhammad bin Yahya as "Umar bin Saeed," and from this route Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, hadith no. 967. There is another route for it in Daraqutni (4/75, 76), but it cannot be used as corroboration due to its severe weakness.Ibn Saeed, not the crucified one, was deemed unknown by the author of Taqrib, but Daraqutni and Ibn Jarud declared him trustworthy, so his hadith does not fall below the level of hasan, and Allah knows best. Busiri graded the chain as daif, assuming that he was the crucified one.
