The Prophet ﷺ said, "It is not right for a Muslim man who has something to bequeath to spend two nights without having his will written down with him."
حدثنا محمد بن معمر حدثنا روح بن عوف عن نافع

Bukhari narrated it through the hadith of Malik, from Nafi, from him. See hadith no. 2699. Nasai also narrated it, 6/239, hadith no. 3647, with a sahih chain, from Ibn Mubarak, from Ibn Awn, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, as a report that stops at him rather than being traced to the Prophet.I say, in the original text it appears as "Rawh bin Awf, from Nafi," while in the Indian manuscripts it appears as "Rawh bin Awn, from Nafi."
