The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a woman commits intentional murder, she is not to be executed until she delivers the child in her womb, if she is pregnant, and until she has arranged care for her child. And if she commits adultery, she is not to be stoned until she delivers the child in her womb and until she has arranged care for her child."
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى حدثنا أبو صالح عن ابن لهيعة عن ابن أنعم عن عبادة بن نسي عن عبد الرحمن بن غنم
