The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the blood-money was to be paid by the paternal male relatives of the woman who killed.The relatives of the slain woman said, "Messenger of Allah, her inheritance belongs to us."He replied, "No, her inheritance goes to her husband and her children."

جعل رسول الله ﷺ الدية على عاقلة القاتلة فقالت عاقلة المقتولة يا رسول الله ميراثها لنا قال لا ميراثها لزوجها وولدها
