The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no amputation for stealing fruit or the pith of the palm tree."
حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا سعد بن سعيد المقبري عن أخيه عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا قطع في ثمر ولا كثر
Graded, sahih, though Busiri graded it daif because of Abdullah bin Saeed. Hadith: 260. And his brother Saad is layyin al-hadith (Taqrib). The preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
