The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave-woman commits fornication, flog her. If she commits it again, flog her. If she commits it again, flog her. If she commits it again, flog her, then sell her, even for a piece of rope." The dafir is a rope.
حدثنا محمد بن رمح قال أنبأنا الليث بن سعد عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن عمار بن أبي فروة أن محمد بن مسلم حدثه أن عروة حدثه أن عمرة بنت عبد الرحمن حدثته أن
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا زنت الأمة فاجلدوها فإن زنت فاجلدوها فإن زنت فاجلدوها فإن زنت فاجلدوها ثم بيعوها ولو بضفير والضفير الحبل
[Sahih] Nasai narrated it in al-Kubra 4/303, no. 7264, from the hadith of Layth with this same wording. Busiri graded it daif because of Ammar bin Abu Farwa, whom Aqeeli, Ibn Jarud, and others have graded daif. The preceding hadith serves as a supporting witness for it.
