Abdullah bin Umar reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Establishing one of Allah's prescribed punishments is better than forty nights of rain falling upon the lands of Allah."

[Its chain of transmission is extremely daif] Busiri deemed it daif. I say, Saeed bin Sinan Hanafi Himsi is discarded as a narrator, and Daraqutni and others accused him of fabrication, as stated in Taqrib.
