We used to sell our concubines and the mothers of our children while the Prophet ﷺ was still alive among us, and we saw no harm in doing so.

كنا نبيع سرارينا وأمهات أولادنا والنبي ﷺ فينا حي لا نرى بذلك بأسا
Isnad grading, its isnad is sahih.It was narrated by Ahmad, 3/321, from Abdul-Razzaq with this wording, and Abdul-Majid followed him with Shafii (Sunan Mathurah, 293, no. 286), and Busiri graded it sahih.It has a corroborating narration with Hakim, 2/18, 19, and he graded it sahih according to the criterion of Muslim, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
