Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Zakat, Chapter "Should he buy back his charity?" etc., Hadith no. 1490, 2623, 3003, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Gifts, Chapter "The dislike of a person buying back what he gave in charity from the one he gave it to," Hadith no. 1620, from the hadith of Zayd bin Aslam, with the same wording.
