The Prophet ﷺ said, "If any man sells goods and then finds his very goods in the possession of someone who has gone bankrupt, and he has received nothing of their price, then they belong to him. But if he has received some of their price, then he stands on equal footing with the other creditors."
حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا إسمعيل بن عياش عن موسى بن عقبة عن الزهري عن أبي بكر بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام
أن النبي ﷺ قال أيما رجل باع سلعة فأدرك سلعته بعينها عند رجل وقد أفلس ولم يكن قبض من ثمنها شيئا فهي له وإن كان قبض من ثمنها شيئا فهو أسوة للغرماء
