The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me to Yemen, so I said, "Messenger of Allah, you are sending me when I am young and will have to judge between them, yet I have no knowledge of how to judge."He struck my chest with his hand and said, "Allah, guide his heart and make his tongue firm."After that, I never had any doubt about a judgment between two people.

[Its chain is daif] * Abu Bakhtari Saeed bin Fayruz did not hear from Ali and did not meet him, as Abu Hatim Razi stated, so the chain is disconnected. It has a corroborating witness in Abu Dawud, no. 3582, which Tirmidhi graded hasan, no. 1331, and which Hakim and Dhahabi graded sahih. It also contains Hanash bin Mutamir, whom the majority of scholars judged daif.
