I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever sells a defective item without disclosing the defect remains under Allah's wrath, and the angels continue to curse him."

Its chain of transmission is daif. Tabarani narrated it in al-Kabir (22/54-55, no. 129) from the hadith of Abdul-Wahhab, with a variation in the chain, and Musa bin Ayub followed him in narrating it there (no. 157), with a variation in the chain. Baqiyyah narrated using "an" without specifying direct transmission, and Abdul-Wahhab bin Dahhak is discarded as a narrator (matruk), and there is another defect in it as well.
