Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

I was with the Prophet ﷺ on a military expedition when he said to me, "Will you sell me this water-carrying camel of yours for one Dinar, and may Allah forgive you?"I replied, "Messenger of Allah, it is yours when I reach Madinah."He said, "Then will you sell it to me for two Dinars, and may Allah forgive you?"He kept increasing the price by one Dinar at a time, saying with each Dinar, "And may Allah forgive you," until he reached twenty Dinars. When I arrived in Madinah, I took hold of the camel's head and brought it to the Prophet ﷺ. He said, "Bilal, give him twenty Dinars from the spoils." Then he said, "Take your camel and go with it to your family."

حدثنا محمد بن يحيى حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن الجريري عن أبي نضرة

عن جابر بن عبد الله قال

كنت مع النبي ﷺ في غزوة فقال لي أتبيع ناضحك هذا بدينار والله يغفر لك قلت يا رسول الله هو ناضحكم إذا أتيت المدينة قال فتبيعه بدينارين والله يغفر لك قال فما زال يزيدني دينارا دينارا ويقول مكان كل دينار والله يغفر لك حتى بلغ عشرين دينارا فلما أتيت المدينة أخذت برأس الناضح فأتيت به النبي ﷺ فقال يا بلال أعطه من الغنيمة عشرين دينارا وقال انطلق بناضحك فاذهب به إلى أهلك
