The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered her to move out.Marwan said, "She is the one who instructed them to do that."Urwa said, "I replied, 'By Allah, Ayesha criticized that and said that Fatimah was living in an isolated dwelling where there was concern for her safety, and that is why the Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted her the concession.'"
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى حدثنا عبد العزيز بن عبد الله حدثنا ابن أبي الزناد عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال دخلت على مروان فقلت له امرأة من أهلك طلقت فمررت عليها وهي تنتقل فقالت أمرتنا
أن رسول الله ﷺ أمرها أن تنتقل فقال مروان هي أمرتهم بذلك قال عروة فقلت أما والله لقد عابت ذلك عائشة وقالت إن فاطمة كانت في مسكن وحش فخيف عليها فلذلك أرخص لها رسول الله ﷺ
[Its chain is hasan] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Divorce, in the chapter on those who criticized this concerning Fatimah bint Qays, hadith no. 2292, from the hadith of Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Zinad through this route, and Bukhari mentioned it with a suspended chain in his Sahih, hadith no. 5326.
