The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the words of Allah Most High, "Every day He is engaged in some matter" [Rahman 55:29], "Among His matters is that He forgives a sin, relieves a distress, raises some people, and lowers others."
حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا الوزير بن صبيح حدثنا يونس بن حلبس عن أم الدرداء
عن النبي ﷺ في قوله تعالى {كل يوم هو في شأن} قال من شأنه أن يغفر ذنبا ويفرج كربا ويرفع قوما ويخفض آخرين
[Hasan] Reported by Ibn Abu Hatim in his Tafsir, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (al-Ihsan) hadith no. 689, and Busiri graded it hasan. Al-Wazir has a reputation for truthfulness, and his hadith has other routes, and it has a mawquf route in Shuab al-Iman, and Bukhari cited it with a suspended chain in his Sahih, 8/798, before hadith no. 4878.
