The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whatever is forbidden through blood relations is also forbidden through breastfeeding."

Muslim narrated it in the chapter on breastfeeding, in the section on the prohibition of breastfeeding due to the milk of the husband, hadith 9/1445, from the hadith of Yazid bin Abu Habib, from Irak, at greater length and with a similar meaning.
