Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was given the comprehensive and concluding words of goodness, or he said the opening words of goodness, so he taught us the opening of the prayer and the opening of any important matter.The opening of the prayer is, "All greetings, prayers, and pure words are for Allah. Peace be upon you, Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger."The opening for any important matter is, "All praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from the wickedness of our deeds. Whomever Allah guides, none can lead astray, and whomever He leads astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger."Then you follow your address with three verses from the Book of Allah,"You who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and do not die except as Muslims" [Aal Imran 3:102]."Fear Allah, in whose name you ask one another, and fear cutting ties of kinship. Indeed, Allah is ever watchful over you" [Nisa 4:1]."Fear Allah and speak words of justice. He will rectify your deeds for you and forgive you your sins. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great triumph" [Ahzab 33:70–71].

عن عبد الله بن مسعود قال

أوتي رسول الله ﷺ جوامع الخير وخواتمه أو قال فواتح الخير فعلمنا خطبة الصلاة وخطبة الحاجة خطبة الصلاة التحيات لله والصلوات والطيبات السلام عليك أيها النبي ورحمة الله وبركاته السلام علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله وخطبة الحاجة أن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وأن محمدا عبده ورسوله ثم تصل خطبتك بثلاث آيات من كتاب الله {يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله حق تقاته ولا تموتن إلا وأنتم مسلمون} {واتقوا الله الذي تساءلون به والأرحام إن الله كان عليكم رقيبا} {اتقوا الله وقولوا قولا سديدا يصلح لكم أعمالكم ويغفر لكم ذنوبكم ومن يطع الله ورسوله فقد فاز فوزا عظيما}
