When Uthman bin Mazun died, he left behind a daughter. Ibn Umar said, "My maternal uncle Qudama, who was also her paternal uncle, married her to me without consulting her. This was after her father had died. She disliked the marriage to me, and the girl wished to be married to Mughira bin Shuba, so he married her to him."

[Sahih]. Busiri said, "It contains Abdullah bin Nafi, the freedman of Ibn Umar, who is unanimously judged daif." He is corroborated by Umar bin Husayn bin Abdullah, the freedman of the family of Hatib, as found in Ahmad (2/130), h: 6136, and it has supporting narrations in Bayhaqi (7/120, 121) and elsewhere.
