Abdullah bin Masud reported,
The Prophet ﷺ married Ayesha when she was seven years old, consummated the marriage when she was nine, and passed away when she was eighteen.

Sourcing, [sahih] It has two flaws, but the preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it, and the hadith has many routes of transmission from Ayesha 
. The scholars of hadith unanimously agreed on its sahih status, and they are the authority in this matter.
