The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one in spiritual retreat may follow the funeral procession and visit the sick."

قال رسول الله ﷺ المعتكف يتبع الجنازة ويعود المريض
[Its chain is fabricated] Busiri said, its chain is daif because Abdul-Khaliq, Anbasah, and Hayyaj are all weak narrators. Abdul-Khaliq is unknown (Taqrib), Hayyaj bin Bistam is daif (also), and Anbasah bin Abdul-Rahman is accused of fabricating hadith, as mentioned previously. H: 1242
