The Prophet ﷺ said, "The one who eats and gives thanks holds the same rank as the one who fasts and endures with patience."
حدثنا يعقوب بن حميد بن كاسب حدثنا محمد بن معن عن أبيه عن عبد الله بن عبد الله الأموي عن معن بن محمد عن حنظلة بن علي الأسلمي
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال الطاعم الشاكر بمنزلة الصائم الصابر
[Hasan]Tirmidhi narrated it in the Description of the Resurrection, chapter of the hadith "The grateful eater," etc, no. 2486 (with a scribal error in the printed edition), Tuhfat Ahwazi 7/159–160, no. 2605, and Abu Yaala, no. 6582, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Maen, from his father, from Saeed bin Abu Saeed Maqburi, from Abu Hurairah, and he said, "Hasan gharib."Hakim graded it sahih, 4/136, as did Dhahabi, and its isnad is hasan. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (Mawarid), no. 952, through another route, and the hadith has corroborating narrations.
