The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The fasting person has, at the moment of breaking his fast, a supplication that is not turned away."Ibn Abu Mulayka said, I heard Abdullah bin Umar say when he broke his fast, "O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy which encompasses all things to forgive me."

[Hasan] Reported by Hakim, 1/422, with a corruption in the chain, from the hadith of Walid, through this route. Busiri graded it sahih and said, "Its narrators are trustworthy." Hafiz graded it hasan in Amali al-Adhkar.Ishaq bin Ubaydullah Madani was deemed trustworthy by Ibn Hibban and Busiri. Busiri quoted Dhahabi as saying, "He is truthful (saduq)." His hadith has a corroborating witness with Diya in al-Mukhtarah, and elsewhere.
