Sourcing, Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Fasting, chapter on the amount of time between suhur and the Fajr prayer, no. 1921, from the hadith of Hisham Dastawai with this wording. And Muslim narrated it in the Book of Fasting, chapter on the merit of suhur and the emphasis on its recommendation, etc., no. 1097, from the hadith of Waki with this wording.
