We were with Ammar on the day of doubt when a roasted sheep was brought to him. Some of the people withdrew, so Ammar said, "Whoever fasts on this day has disobeyed Abu Qasim ﷺ."

كنا عند عمار في اليوم الذي يشك فيه فأتي بشاة فتنحى بعض القوم فقال عمار من صام هذا اليوم فقد عصى أبا القاسم ﷺ
[Its chain is daif]. Abu Dawud narrated it, Fasting, chapter on the disapproval of fasting on a day of doubt, hadith 2334, from Ibn Numayr, through this route. Bukhari found fault with it, while Tirmidhi, Ibn Khuzayma, Ibn Hibban, Hakim, Dhahabi, Daraqutni, and others graded it sahih.Abu Ishaq used an ambiguous form of transmission (anana), as mentioned previously at hadith 46, and it has corroborating narrations, all of which are daif.
