Ramadan began, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "This month has come upon you, and within it is a night better than a thousand months. Whoever is deprived of it has been deprived of all good, and none is deprived of its good except one who is truly deprived."
حدثنا أبو بدر عباد بن الوليد حدثنا محمد بن بلال حدثنا عمران القطان عن قتادة
دخل رمضان فقال رسول الله ﷺ إن هذا الشهر قد حضركم وفيه ليلة خير من ألف شهر من حرمها فقد حرم الخير كله ولا يحرم خيرها إلا محروم
Takhrij. Its chain is daif. Tabarani related it in Awsat, no. 1467, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Bilal, from him, with Qatada narrating using an'ana, as mentioned before at no. 175. Its hadith has a corroborating report that is disconnected, in Nasai 4/129, no. 2108, and a mursal report in Musannaf Abdul-Razzaq, no. 7383, and a daif report from Tabarani in Kabir, see Majma al-Zawaid 3/142.
