Abu Bakr reported,
After the death of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Talq said to Umar, "Let us go to Umm Ayman and visit her, just as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to visit her."When they reached her, she wept.They asked her, "What makes you weep? What is with Allah is better for His Messenger."She replied, "I know that what is with Allah is better for His Messenger, but I weep because the revelation from heaven has been cut off."Her words stirred them to tears, and they began to weep along with her.

Sahihحدثنا الحسن بن علي الخلال حدثنا عمرو بن عاصم حدثنا سليمان بن المغيرة عن ثابت عن أنس قال
قال أبو بكر
بعد وفاة رسول الله ﷺ لعمر انطلق بنا إلى أم أيمن نزورها كما كان رسول الله ﷺ يزورها قال فلما انتهينا إليها بكت فقالا لها ما يبكيك فما عند الله خير لرسوله قالت إني لأعلم أن ما عند الله خير لرسوله ولكن أبكي أن الوحي قد انقطع من السماء قال فهيجتهما على البكاء فجعلا يبكيان معها
Muslim narrated it in the chapter on the virtues of the companions, section on the virtues of Umm Ayman 
, hadith 2454, from the hadith of Amr bin Asim with this wording. Bazzar said, "We do not know of anyone who narrated it from Sulayman except Amr, and it is not narrated from Abu Bakr except through this chain." Busiri said, "Its chain is sahih according to the standard of the two Shaykhs."
