The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the woman who scratches her face, the one who tears her garment at the neckline, and the one who cries out with wails of woe and ruin.
حدثنا محمد بن جابر المحاربي ومحمد بن كرامة قالا حدثنا أبو أسامة عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد بن جابر عن مكحول والقاسم
أن رسول الله ﷺ لعن الخامشة وجهها والشاقة جيبها والداعية بالويل والثبور
Chain evaluation, hasan. Busiri graded it sahih, but its chain is daif because of Abdul-Rahman bin Yazid bin Uleim, who is Bahz bin Jabir. The hadith has corroborating narrations in Tirmidhi, no. 1005, and elsewhere.
