The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade that a funeral procession be followed by a wailing woman.
حدثنا أحمد بن يوسف حدثنا عبيد الله أنبأنا إسرائيل عن أبي يحيى عن مجاهد
نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن تتبع جنازة معها رانة
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Abu Yahya al-Qattat was criticized by scholars, and Ahmad said, "Israil narrated many very objectionable hadiths from him" (Zawaid by Busayri), and the hadith has daif corroborating narrations.
